Amazon Seller Tools for FBA Agencies & Account Managers
Agency software for managing multiple Amazon clients.
Who this is for
The pain points SellerVault eliminates
You're logging in and out of 15 different Seller Central accounts and 15 different inventory tools every day. Context switching is killing your team's productivity.
SellerVault's Agency plan supports multi-tenant workflows — one login, one dashboard, switch between client accounts in a dropdown. All your team's work stays organized per client with full isolation.
Every client uses a different combo of tools (Sellerboard + Bqool + Getida, or Helium10 + Refunds Manager, or SellerToolkit). Your team needs to know 10 different UIs.
SellerVault consolidates the most common agency workflows — inventory, repricing, reimbursements, shipments, analytics — into one platform. Your team learns one UI and applies it across every client.
Reimbursement recovery is a huge value-add for your clients but Getida's 25% commission eats too much of the recovered value.
SellerVault's Agency plan includes reimbursement recovery at 12% commission — less than half of Getida's rate. You can keep more margin while still delivering competitive recovery rates to clients. Or charge clients Getida's rate and pocket the difference.
Clients want monthly reports showing inventory health, repricing actions, reimbursements recovered, and profit trends — and you spend hours manually assembling them.
SellerVault generates per-client reports automatically with all the metrics clients care about. Export to PDF for white-label branding or send directly from the platform.
When you onboard a new client, it takes days to set up their tool stack, configure repricing rules, import COGS, and start running audits.
SellerVault onboards new clients in under 30 minutes. SP-API OAuth connection, automatic catalog sync, template-based repricing rules, and a reimbursement audit that starts running the moment the account is connected.

Frequently asked questions
How does SellerVault's agency plan differ from the regular plans?
Agency ($499/mo) includes multi-tenant client management, unlimited clients, unlimited SKUs per client, reimbursement commission at 12% (vs 15-25% on other plans), dedicated account management, and API access for custom integrations. It's designed for 5-50 client accounts — larger agencies should contact sales for custom Enterprise pricing.
Is client data properly isolated?
Yes. Every client account is a separate tenant with its own database records, encryption keys, and access controls. Team members with access to Client A cannot see Client B's data unless explicitly granted. The multi-tenant architecture is battle-tested and built with client data isolation as a first-class concern.
Can I white-label SellerVault for my clients?
Limited white-labeling is available on the Agency plan. You can customize report headers/footers with your agency branding and use a custom subdomain. Full UI white-labeling (completely hiding SellerVault) is available on custom Enterprise plans — contact sales.
Do I pay per client or a flat agency fee?
Flat agency fee ($499/mo) covers unlimited clients on the Agency plan. No per-seat or per-client charges. This is intentional — we want agencies to grow without penalty.
Can my team have different permission levels?
Yes. Role-based access: Admin (full control), Member (operational access, no billing or user management), Viewer (read-only). Permissions can be scoped per client for granular control.
What about custom integrations with my existing CRM or billing tool?
Agency plan includes API access. You can pull per-client metrics into your CRM (HubSpot, Close, Pipedrive), billing tool (Stripe, Chargebee), or internal reporting dashboard. API documentation is available to Agency customers.
