What does creating an account include?

Managed signup has no trial. Software subscriptions are selected separately. No subscription fee. The list commission is 25% on eligible recovered funds. Larger accounts: talk to us about terms. Separate software plans have their own subscription charges.

What can the audit check?

Lost or damaged inventory, inbound shortages, returns, fees and removal records. Eligibility, evidence requirements, waiting periods and filing deadlines vary by claim type and marketplace. Amazon decides eligibility and payment.

Do you need my Amazon password?

No. You connect through Amazon’s official SP-API. We never see your password. Manual case filing through Seller Central. Amazon decides eligibility and outcomes. Our team files with the required permissions.
